Are these cops serious. The funny thing is that cops are trained to
detain people but since lately they have been taking things in there
own hands using force to HARM or KILL. Cops are really violent in every
situation, they use aggression and there power to stop a situation. my
question is why cant they just use the tactics that they were trained.
